*(5)* _Proper implemention of semester system_
*(6)* _Establish a law Library in Assam_
*(7)* _Provide scholarships to meritorious & economically backward students_
*(8)* _Provide free legal education to one girl child in the colleges of Assam_
*(9)* _Reduction of admission fees_
